Andrew is the Director of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation and Palladium. He has over ten years of experience in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of development programmes, primarily in Africa, including over seven years of in-country work. He brings expertise in working with programme teams to design and strengthen programme monitoring and evaluation systems. Andrew is also involved in several impact evaluations of development interventions, primarily using theory-based evaluation approaches within mixed-methods evaluation designs.

Andrew is also currently the Team Leader of the impact evaluations of the Private Enterprise Programme Ethiopia (PEPE) and the Land Investment for Transformation (LIFT) programme. He has also conceptualised and designed results frameworks and monitoring and results measurement (MRM) systems for a range of economic development programmes, including market development, challenge funds, and livelihoods programmes within Palladium’s portfolio.
