At the Springfield Centre I deliver M4P programme management, consulting, training and research. My work draws on experience from a wide range of programmes, businesses and development organisations, across several continents. Before joining Springfield, I worked as a business analyst in Rwanda and for the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED). My academic background is in the politics and economics of development, and modern languages.
For 2017 I was seconded to ENABLE2, an M4P programme in Nigeria, as Deputy Team Leader. ENABLE2 helped Nigeria’s media, government, business associations and researchers to have more and better dialogue about business issues. Through advocacy and dialogue, our partners achieved fifteen business environment reforms, benefiting around 600,000 businesses in Nigeria, particularly small businesses.
