This webinar provided insights on how to use a market systems development approach to support labour markets, in particular youth employment.

Functioning labour market systems create enough and quality jobs that are also inclusive. However, solutions proposed to tackle youth unemployment will not work unless they focus on different dimensions of labour market systems. A labour market system is composed of supply, intermediation and demand. This webinar uses the experiences of two projects in the Western Balkan (Kosovo and Albania) to share emerging innovative practices in job matching services and labour market information.
